| Germann Road Improvements Project Owner: City of Chandler The project included the reconstruction and realignment of 1.5 miles of Germann Road from Gilbert Road to Airport Boulevard as well as the installation of 4.5 miles of 30-inch and 36-inch water transmission main to supply southeast Chandler. The Germann Road portion of the project consisted of constructing a six lane major arterial including new water, storm drain, sanitary sewer, potable water, reclaimed water, irrigation, traffic signals, roadway lighting and landscaping.
